When it originally opened in 1996, Stonehouse Golf Club was named “Best New Upscale Public Course in the Nation” by Golf Digest. The publication also ranked it as among the top 6 courses in Virginia in 2001. The Mike Strantz designed golf course is experiencing a renaissance under its new ownership with a complete renovation of the course and clubhouse due for completion in June 2019.
