Established in 1985, Old Fort Golf Club is a public golf course owned and operated by the City of Murfreesboro. The golf course is located along the banks of the Stones River adjacent to Fortress Rosecrans, a historic earthen fort used during the Civil War. Regarded as one of the top public golf courses in the state, Old Fort, has the privilege of hosting a number of championship events. Some of those include The Korn Ferry Tour’s Simmons Bank Open Qualifier, The USGA Boys and Girls Junior Amateur Qualifiers, as well as a number of Tennessee Golf Association, and Tennessee PGA Section events. Come and enjoy a wonderful golf experience with beautiful antebellum landscapes located within the heart of Murfreesboro.
