Troon Golf Corporate Office GolfClub of Estrella “I didn't know where else to put this review but as a former customer of the golf club of a strap I think you should be aware of how terrible it has become since your former food and beverage manager took another job. The servers I never trained and they never come out to wait on anyone on the patio until approximately 15 to 20 minutes . They run out of food drink and liquor because no one is properly placing orders . And when I talked to the recently hired manager, my first impression was she has no business in this job field because she has no clue what it takes to run a restaurant. The employees were bickering and arguing among themselves in front of customers and the food quality and customer service has gone way below what is advertised . Personally I've heard a lot of former customers such as myself complaining about similar problems that are not being met by the employees and most of all their newest an unqualified food and beverage manager. I don't understand why the general manager of the golf club does not step in or at least hire a consultant or a professional food and beverage manager? Maybe his position should also be readdressed?”
